During this year’s American Heart Association congress (AHA23) Nils Kremer and colleagues were awarded the Cardiopulmonary Best Abstract Award for their work about RV-PA coupling during the six-minute walking test (6MWT). RV-PA coupling was calculated from right ventricular pressure curves which were recorded with CorLog. This is the first investigation into the significance of RV-PA coupling in real-life exercise limitation and dyspnea during the 6MWT.
